Privacy Policy In order to protect personal information, we have established the following policy. In addition to building a system to implement the policy, all staff at WAT-NeW recognize the importance of personal information and make an effort to protect it. Personal Information Management We maintain a strict security protocol for the management of personal information. This protocol includes the usage of all required management and security equipment and thoroughly training WAT-NeW staff. The protocol also enforces strict access controls which ensure we maintain accurate and up-to-date information and prevents unauthorized access, loss and corruption, falsification, and leakage of personal information. Personal Information Usage Personal information will be used when contacting users, replying to user questions, and sending users email and document. Prohibition of Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties We manage our user's personal information and will not provide it to a third party, except under any of the following cases: - When we have user’s consent to do so. - When the personal information has to be disclosed to a supplier consigned by us to carry out tasks in order to provide the services that are requested by the user - When disclosure is necessary based on laws and regulations. Requests of the person providing the personal information If a user has a query regarding their own personal information, or if they wish to correct or delete such information, we will respond to such requests after confirmation with the person in question. Safety Measures for Personal Information We have taken all possible security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information. Personal Information Access The user can access, correct, and delete their personal information after we have confirmed their identity. Compliance to Laws, Regulations and Standards We will comply with the applicable Japanese laws, regulations, and standards with respect to the personal information that we hold.
